Happy New Year/Happy BIRTHDAY FROSTEBITE
This is Frost Bitten Obsedian Gray his birthday was yesterday, New Years Day. Saddly we did nothing for his birthday. Eddie and I are both passionate Dog owners but we don't seem to go to the point that we give them human luxuries such as birthdays. Though both of dogs deserve the best. Especially FrostBite I feel blessed to know such a noble creature. He was born deaf and eplileptic but it makes no difference to him he is still the most uncondiontionally loving dog you could ever meet. He is friendly with every dog and human he ever meets. He is rather sensitive to touch and is easily frightened but he still loves us when we come up behind him.
This year I hope to be a little more like Frost Bite; Loving of everyone, patient with his family, content with the simple things of life.
HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!

yea andy posted!!! welcome back! I missed you on here.
What a cool photo!
Eddie and Andy, Frostbite is simply gorgeous! You guys are my kind of people. You recognize that Frostbite isn't somehow inferior because he's got a couple of disabilities. He's just as much an individual with intrinsic value, no matter what.
As you know, I've got a double merle Sheltie named Tommy (yes, after the rock opera by The Who), who is both blind and deaf. He hasn't a clue that he's disadvantaged. He goes up and down the stairs whenever he pleases, he plays with the other dogs, he wanders around the yard checking things out, etc. He's at least half sable merle; the other half could be either sable merle or blue merle.
Like Frostbite, he can be startled, especially if he's asleep when touched by surprise. But he loves to receive visitors and knows when his favorite people come over to visit.
Hey! Where are you guys?!
Hi Eddie,
I'm glad you found my blog. It was fun seeing you and your family at chucky cheese the other night.
fun to talk to you guys.
